Mars Petcare is a multinational company manufacturing pet food products (e.g., Pedigree, Whiskas, Royal Canin) and provides animal care services (e.g., Banfield Pet Hospital, VCA, BLUEPEARL). Through Mars' presence in nearly all sectors of the petcare industry, Mars' Data Studio research team collects immense amounts of data and harnesses the data to support its various businesses and identify new petcare product advances. In this particular touch screen experience, we visualized data on cats and dogs collected from various Mars veterinary clinics. With each additional input, population densities dynamically change. This interactive experience is available to all Mars Petcare subsidiaries to help them better understand consumers and their pets, and to make better, data-driven business decisions.
