Change Machine’s platform is a scalable solution for social service organizations and public agencies to embed effective financial coaching practices into their work with individuals and contribute to lasting economic change.

To help focus on scale and growth and to make the platform more user-friendly, we worked closely with Change Machine to review the UX/UI of the platform, develop design strategies, and unify the look and feel across three components: Coach, Share and Learn. The final product was a web app that created a more agile work flow for practitioners and easier-to-understand data outputs and visuals for clients seeking financial health guidance.
