AFS Intercultural Programs is a non-profit headquartered in NYC with 61 network organizations worldwide enabling high school students and young adults to study abroad with a focus on cultural competency. In 2016, AFS Intercultural Programs, under new direction, began implementing a long-term strategy to revamp core programs and become the leader in cultural competency education. As part of these efforts, I led the creation of numerous designs that improved the fundraising, marketing, and student experience for the entire network.
